Use Manage Engine Service Desk by sending a request. And technical support will come to you right away.

Should I turn off my computer before I leave?

No. Always leave your computer on. BUT before you leave at work, don’t forget to lock or log-out your account.

What if I need additional software to install on my computer?

You will need to submit a request to IT Manager for approval.

What if I want to move my computer to another location?
