Read Before Submitting

General Information

Only completed research work will be eligible for either oral or poster presentation submission.

  • Language Requirement:All abstracts and references must be submitted in English.
  • Submission Deadline: January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Notification of Acceptance: Acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the presenting author.
  • Physical Attendance: All accepted abstract should be presented physically during the conference.
  • Review Process: Submitted abstracts will undergo a review process. Upon acceptance of your abstract, it is required that you pay the conference registration fees.
  • Author Order: Presenting author must be listed first.
  • Fees and expenses of the conference Responsibilities: Presenters are responsible for covering all expenses related to travel, accommodations, and other expenses associated with their presentation at the conference..
  • Author Order: Make sure that the presenting author’s name should be highlighted.
  • Communication: All correspondence regarding the abstract will be directed to the presenting author.
  • Abstract Booklet: Accepted abstracts, along with author information, will be included in the event booklet at the conference website.

Abstract Content Guidelines

  1. Language: Submit abstracts in English.
  2. Word Limit: Maximum of 300 words.
  3. Figures and Tables: Not to be included.
  4. Exclusions: Avoid references, abbreviations, and reference lists.
  5. Structured Format:
    • Background / Research Problem: Context of your research and research problem..
    • Research Purpose/Objectives:Clearly state the purpose and objectives.
    • Methods:
      • - Design: Research design.
      • - Setting: Describe where the research took place.
      • - Sample: Participant details.
      • - Data Collection Tools: Instruments used.
    • Results: Key findings.
    • Conclusion/Recommandation: Implications and contributions to the field.
  6. Keywords: Include three relevant keywords.

Receive a decision on whether your submission is accepted for oral or poster presentation or rejected 4 weeks prior to conference date.

Pay your registration fees by March 10, 2025.

Upload your oral/poster presentation by April 5, 2025. Templates and upload links will be emailed to you.
