BIOGRAPHY


Dr. Neama Yousef Hantira is an assistant professor in Community Health Nursing at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences- College of Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Faculty of Nursing at Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt in 2002. She received her masters degree in Community Health Nursing from the Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt in 2008. Also, she earned a PhD degree from the Faculty of Nursing, at Alexandria University, Egypt in 2013. Her research interests occupational health, school nursing, adolescent health, and nutrition.

RESEARCH INTEREST


  • My primary research interest is in the area of occupational health. The area of occupational health is a broad area that covers multidimensions. Additionally, I am interested in studying advanced technology, telehealth as well as digitalization of health in the era of newly emerging diseases. Furthermore, I am interested in studying data science, simulation in nursing as well as technological innovation in nursing, and nursing statistics.
  • My primary research interest is in the area of occupational health. The area of occupational health is a broad area that covers multidimensions.   • My primary research interest lies within the discipline of community health nursing, with a particular focus on the field of occupational health and its multifaceted dimensions, including workplace safety, health promotion, and the prevention of occupational hazards. I am also highly engaged in the exploration of the digital transformation of healthcare, with a strong emphasis on the integration of advanced technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and their applications in enhancing health service delivery and outcomes. In addition, I have a growing interest in the use of simulation-based learning in nursing education, data science methodologies, and technological innovations that support evidence-based practice. My research further encompasses the application of statistical techniques and analytical approaches to address complex health-related questions and deduce decision-making in clinical and community settings.
