Academic Warnings and Termination of Study

A student may be dismissed from the college in one of the following cases:

  • If the student receives 3 consecutive academic warnings due to a drop in the cumulative GPA below the minimum of 2 (out of 5). However, based on the recommendation of the college council, the University Council may give the student a fourth chance to raise her cumulative GPA to 2 or above.

  • If the student does not complete graduation requirements during a period which is a maximum of 1/2 the period specified for graduation on top of program period. However, the University Council may give an exception to a student to complete graduation requirements with a maximum of no more than double the period originally specified for graduation.
